When it comes to engagement or wedding rings, what does it mean when they are "inside out pave"? anybody know

1. I've seen inside out earrings, which have the pave set of diamonds on the inside of the hoop as well as the outside for a prettier effect. I've never heard of that being used for a ring because having diamonds on the inside would be pointless.
